Rorschach has different tenancy worlds. On one side: premium apartments on the Lake Constance promenade with lake views, designer fittings, natural-stone floors, and high-end furnishings — this calls for material knowledge and special respect for premium surfaces.

On the other side: the historic apartments in the harbour buildings and old town, and the regular residential districts in Goldach, Rorschacherberg, and Tübach — newer developments with regular tenant turnover. The Lake Constance water has hardness level 1–2 — very soft water, yet deposits build up on fittings and glass surfaces over the years.

In all residential districts the same guarantee applies: free re-clean until handover is passed. Since 2025 we have never had to invoke it.
