What we don't promise.

Maintenance cleaning is preservation care — not a reset of a long-neglected property. If a place hasn't been cleaned for months, we recommend a one-off deep clean first. After that, maintenance keeps it at that level.

Specialist disciplines like window cleaning, deep sanitary descaling or parquet care aren't included in the standard schedule. We add them separately at the right rhythm — happy to combine in the same visit.

What clients ask about maintenance.

Which schedule fits my property?+
We visit on site and suggest the right schedule. As a rule of thumb: restaurants and high-traffic practices daily, normal offices weekly, homes fortnightly or monthly, apartment building stairwells monthly, lightly used owner-occupied properties quarterly.
Is it always the same team?+
Yes, that's our standard. A fixed team means: you see familiar faces, who know your rooms, know your preferences and get faster and more thorough over time. Staff changes only for illness or holidays — and only with prior notice.
What's included in the standard?+
Kitchen, sanitary, office/workstations, floors, high-touch points (door handles, switches, handrails) and every few weeks cobwebs and high dusting up top. We bring our own cleaning products, machines and consumables.
What's not in the standard?+
What sits in the schedule we define together at the site visit — depending on the property, use and your wishes. Basic interior window wiping or standard sanitary cleaning can be part of the package. A full six-area window cleaning, deep sanitary descaling, deep carpet cleaning, parquet waxing or garden work are separate disciplines — bookable separately or in the same visit.
What does maintenance cleaning cost?+
By default we work with a fixed price per visit or a monthly flat rate — depending on surface, frequency, condition and special requirements. For recurring contracts or on request, we can also bill by the hour. A serious quote requires a short on-site visit. You receive a same-business-day reply with a proposed appointment.
How do I cancel if it doesn't work out?+
Standard notice period is one month to the end of the month, with no long contract commitments. For certain sectors — medical practices, food businesses, property management contracts — regulatory or contractual requirements may call for different terms. We discuss these transparently before signing. If it's not the right fit, just say so — we don't take it personally.
