Order Processing & Quotation
Every order begins with a written fixed-price quotation detailing scope, service description, price and payment terms. By confirming the order, you accept the conditions stated therein. For standard orders, our general terms and conditions apply as provided with each quotation.
Framework Agreements for Properties & Commercial Clients
For property managers, owners and commercial clients with ongoing cleaning needs, we create individual framework agreements covering scope, schedule, quality documentation and liability — tailored to your property. Contact us directly — we create the agreement at no charge.
Payment & Complaints
Invoices are payable within 14 days net. For handover guarantee orders: free rework until acceptance by management. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion. After this period, the service is deemed accepted.
Liability
M.M Berisha Reinigung Service is liable for damages demonstrably caused by our employees under Swiss law. We carry liability insurance. We accept no liability for force majeure, pre-existing material damage or incorrect information provided by the client.
