Order Processing & Quotation
Every order begins with a written fixed-price quotation detailing scope, service description, price and payment terms. By confirming the order, you accept the conditions stated therein. For standard orders, our general terms and conditions apply as provided with each quotation.
Framework Agreements for Properties & Commercial Clients
For property managers, owners and commercial clients with ongoing cleaning needs, we create individual framework agreements covering scope, schedule, quality documentation and liability, tailored to your property. Contact us directly. We draft the agreement at no charge.
Payment, Reminders & Default
Invoices are payable net within 5 business days. We charge a fee of CHF 25 for each reminder. From the second reminder onwards, default interest of 5 % per annum applies additionally in accordance with Art. 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. If the claim remains outstanding, we initiate debt enforcement proceedings through the competent Betreibungsamt (Swiss debt enforcement office). If no payment is made thereafter, we hand the case over to a debt collection agency. All reminder, enforcement, collection and legal costs are borne by the client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
By placing an order, we reserve personnel, materials and a dedicated time slot for your property. Subsequent cancellations or rescheduling are charged as follows: For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the agreed start time, we charge a processing fee of CHF 50. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed start time, we charge a fee starting from CHF 100. The exact amount is based on the effective expense incurred (rescheduling, lost wages of the reserved team, time slot that can no longer be filled) and is capped at the full order value.
Complaints
For orders with handover guarantee, any defects must be reported to us by phone or in writing on the day of acceptance. After a brief consultation, we carry out the rework on-site in a timely manner. For all other orders, complaints must be reported to us promptly after service completion.
Jurisdiction & Access
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from orders with us is Oftringen (AG). Swiss law applies exclusively. The complete order terms are provided with every quotation. For advance review or to arrange an individual framework agreement, please contact us directly.
