Data Collection When Using the Website
When you access our website, technical data (e.g. IP address, date, time, browser type) are automatically stored in log files. This data is technically required for the secure operation of the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 31 nDSG. We use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect your data during transmission.
Contact
When you contact us via the contact form, we store the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message) to process your enquiry. For sending confirmation emails we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Email sending takes place from the EU region Ireland (eu-west-1); the content of your message and your email address are therefore processed within the EU. Account metadata such as delivery logs and status information are processed by Resend in the United States. For this metadata transfer to the USA, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) apply and, where applicable, Resend's self-certification under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. Cookies, Analytics & Hosting
This website uses only technically necessary cookies for operation. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, country of origin, device category). Vercel Analytics works without personal identification and without tracking cookies. No user profile is created. Hosting: This website is operated on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Server functions (e.g. the contact form) run in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1, fra1) in Germany. Static content such as HTML, images and fonts is delivered via Vercel's worldwide edge network; delivery typically happens from the geographically closest location. When accessing the website, technical access data (IP address, browser type, requested URL, date and time) are processed in Vercel server logs. Vercel is a company based in the United States. A Data Processing Addendum is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914) and, according to Vercel's own statement, on a certification under the EU-US and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for hosting operation is the legitimate interest in securely providing the website (Art. 31 Swiss DPA, for EU visitors Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Ads and conversion measurement
We run adverts through Google Ads. To see how often an advert leads to an enquiry we use the Google tag (gtag.js). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and for users outside the EEA and Switzerland Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. All that is measured is THAT an action took place: an enquiry sent, a click on our telephone number, on WhatsApp or on our e-mail address. No names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or free text from the form are transmitted. The legal basis is your consent. The tag is loaded only after you have agreed in the cookie banner; before that no cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking Cookie settings in the footer and choosing Decline. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. All photographs and image compositions used on this website are from M&M Reinigung Service's own collection. No images from external image services (e.g. Unsplash, Shutterstock) are embedded. The exception is the embedding of our own YouTube videos; see the section below.
Videos (YouTube)
On individual pages we embed videos from our own YouTube channel. The provider is YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for visitors outside the EEA and Switzerland, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). We use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load the video only after you click the preview image (two-click solution). Before the click, no connection to YouTube is established and no cookies are set. Once you start the video, YouTube processes your IP address, technical browser data and interaction information, and may transfer data to the USA. If you are logged into Google, YouTube may associate your use with your account. The legal basis is your consent, given by actively starting the video. Your Rights (Swiss DPA and GDPR)
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) you have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion and restriction of or objection to data processing. For data subjects resident in the EU, the rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply in addition:
- Information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR, Art. 25 Swiss DPA)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR, Art. 32 Swiss DPA)
