What we don't promise.

Move-out cleaning covers soiling — not structural damage. Cracks in tiles, burn marks on worktops, drill holes in walls, damaged surfaces or torn-out fixtures are structural damage — they belong in restoration, not cleaning.

In flats neglected over years, limescale in sanitary areas or burnt-in grime in appliances may be irreversible. We assess on site, give an honest view of what's possible — and clearly separate 'cleanable' from 'must be replaced'.

Cleanliness is our promise. Structure is not.

What does handover guarantee mean exactly?+
If the manager flags any points, we return at no charge and resolve them — until accepted. The extra effort is included in the FIX price, no add-ons.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+

Do you also clean windows from outside?+
