Roller Shutters
- Roller shutter box interior — dust, spiders, residue
- Curtain slats both sides — grease, deposits, oxidation
- Guide rails — dirt, sand, resin residue
- Pull cords & straps
- Bottom rail & seal lip
- Mechanism check after cleaning
What settles between the slats — pollen, insects, road dust, heating exhaust — also loads the guide rails and drive mechanism. We clean slat by slat and at the same time relieve what isn't easy to see.
Shutters protect the interior — and accumulate everything that comes from outside. Between the slats of exterior venetian blinds, over the months you'll find insect bodies, pollen, fine dust and grease particles from road traffic. In roller shutter boxes, spiderwebs, insects and residue from the mechanism itself collect.
This isn't an aesthetic problem. Clogged guide rails increase resistance when raising and lowering — that strains the motor and mechanism. Anyone who ignores this later pays considerably more for a repair that timely cleaning would have avoided.
On top of that: dirt sitting on the shutters runs onto the glass below when it rains. Whoever cleans windows without cleaning the shutters first does the work twice.
Blinds hide most of the dirt.
Four layers — pollen, insects, road dust, heating exhaust. Visible, once you're close enough.
But visible dirt is only half of it.
The other half: what settles inside the guide rails, tilt joints and drive mechanism — invisible, but felt. The shutters become harder to raise and lower. The motor works against resistance. The spacing between slats becomes uneven.
We clean slat by slat, both sides — and the guide rails along with them. What comes loose, stays gone. What relieves the mechanism, stays relieved. What UV radiation, weather or ageing have genuinely taken from the material, we show you openly — and tell you honestly when replacement makes more sense than another round of cleaning.
Roller shutters, exterior venetian blinds and hard-surface blinds — each system has its own weak points. We clean them material-appropriately, gently on the mechanism, completely. Fabric-covered blinds and awning fabrics we deliberately do not clean — specialised textile cleaners are the right address for that.
Reverse the order and you'll repeat the work: dirt from the shutters runs onto the freshly cleaned glass when it rains — the windows are soon dirty again.
We clean both in the same visit: first all shutters thoroughly, then the window surfaces. One team. One trip. One fixed price for both.
Tell us the property, number and type of shutters. We calculate a fixed price — the same business day. No surprises.
We clean all shutters of your property in a single visit. On request combined with window cleaning — same day, one team, one price.
Slats clean, rails clear, mechanism checked. The shutters run smoothly again — and the glass behind them stays clean longer.
Cleaning removes dirt — not mechanical damage. Broken slats, worn-out springs, defective electric motors, torn straps or damaged guide rails are repair or replacement matters, not cleaning tasks.
Fabric-covered blinds, vertical louvres with fabric strips and awning fabrics we deliberately don't clean. Impregnation, UV damage and material properties require specialised textile cleaning — colour recovery cannot be guaranteed there either. We'll refer you to the right specialists.
Cleanliness is our promise. Spare parts and textiles aren't.
