Up to two floors we work with telescopic poles from the ground. We work without scaffolding or aerial lifts — whether we can reach the outside of a building depends on the layout: a balcony, terrace, walkway or ground-level path makes a lot possible. For higher locations or unclear access we visit first and tell you straight what's feasible.

For private homes we recommend 2–4 times a year, depending on location and weather exposure. For shops with display windows and for restaurants, typically monthly or fortnightly. After a site visit we'll suggest a schedule that fits.

Yes — when possible we combine both. The key point: shutters need to be raisable or foldable so we can reach the outside of the glass. If that's not the case, we clean the outside from outside — when access allows. We'll clarify what's possible in the quote.

By default we work with a fixed price — based on the number of windows, size, floor and access. For recurring contracts or on request, we can also bill by the hour. For standard properties a few photos and details via WhatsApp or our form are enough — we reply the same business day. For larger buildings or difficult access we drop by briefly first, so the quote is accurate.

It depends on the number of windows, their size and access. An average 4-room apartment takes around half a day — when all six areas are done systematically. A quick glass-wipe is faster, but most of the work is left out. We give you the exact time in the quote.

Yes. For private households, two to four appointments per year; for shops and practices, monthly or fortnightly. We remind you in good time, the price stays fixed, and you don't have to send a new request each time. Appointments can be postponed or paused at any time.

Light rain is no problem — we carry on, the result is still streak-free. For storms, thunderstorms or heavy rain we reschedule, because we can't guarantee safety. You're informed early and a new appointment is arranged at no cost.

For outside cleaning, no — as long as we have access to the property. For inside cleaning, we do need access to the rooms. For shops and practices we can clean outside opening hours or on weekends on request. Key handover and trust arrangements are discussed individually.
