Bodensee water has hardness grade 1–2, soft water that nonetheless leaves residue on fittings and glass surfaces.

In the residential districts of Bruggen, St. Georgen, Tablat and Rotmonten, the same guarantee applies: free touch-up until handover is passed. Since 2025, we have never had to call on it.

Scheduling flexibility: confirmation the same business day . Short-notice HSG end-of-semester handovers can also be scheduled.
