Bodensee water has hardness grade 1–2 — soft water that nonetheless leaves residue on fittings and glass surfaces.

In the residential districts of Bruggen, St. Georgen, Tablat and Rotmonten, the same guarantee applies: free touch-up until handover is passed. Since 2025, we have never had to call on it.
