We work with deionised water — zero mineral residue, no streaks, no lime haze. In research buildings this is complemented by low-particle cloths and HEPA trolleys , so nothing is carried into sensitive areas.
The Glatttal has medium-hard water — Hardness Grade 2–3. Rain draws lime from facades and roofs across the pane. Normal cleaning merely redistributes it. Our method neutralises it.
