Lobby, corridors, staircases, windows, façade — the paths every guest takes before they reach their room. We clean the public areas. Room housekeeping we leave to your house or a specialised housekeeping firm.
The first 60 seconds in a hotel happen in the public area — entrance, lobby floor, reception counter, seating, lift, corridor. The guest forms a judgement here, long before entering the room. A dusty bench, a worn lift button, a smudged mirror in the guest restroom — that's a perception issue, not a comfort issue.
We clean material-appropriately: stone and marble floors in the lobby, carpet runners in the corridor, marble or wood handrails in the staircase, glass fronts and façade. The paths are our field — clean, streak-free, no limescale in the guest restroom, no dust on the skirting boards.
What we deliberately don't do: room housekeeping (making beds, cleaning the bathroom inside the guestroom, minibar, towel service, turnover cleaning). That has its own standards and routines — that's done either by your in-house team or a specialised housekeeping firm. We calculate honestly: better clearly scoped than a promise we cannot keep.
We clean the paths to the room. What happens in the room is not our area.
We take care of what lies between the rooms — the paths every guest walks. Hotel rooms, suites and wellness interiors are not part of our scope.

We come on site, define the public areas with you and clearly delimit them: lobby, corridors, stairs, windows, sanitary — rooms stay out. Written FIX price, no hidden extras.
We clean in your quiet time windows: at night, early morning or during low-activity phases. Discreet, fixed team, no guest interaction. Frequency by agreement (daily, multiple times daily, weekly).
Written confirmation per visit: date, areas, tasks completed. For your internal documentation — not a replacement for in-room housekeeping records.
Room housekeeping — making beds, changing towels, cleaning the bathroom inside the guestroom, checking the minibar, turnover cleaning. That has its own hotel standards and routines — we refer you on to your in-house housekeeping or a specialised housekeeping firm.
Wellness-area interiors like sauna operation, pool water treatment, massage rooms — that falls under wellness-hygiene standards and needs specific certification. We clean the associated WC facilities and the public paths, not the wellness interior itself.
Specific hotel-hygiene certifications like SHV (Swiss Hotelier Association) or ISO hotel-hygiene — we provide internal cleaning records, but no certified industry proofs. Anyone who needs that goes to a certified provider.
