A guest judges in the first seconds — and not at the kitchen, which they don't see, but at the dining room, the floor, the guest restroom and the glass front to the street. These areas are our field.
We clean tables, chairs and floors material-appropriately (stone, tiles, wood), descale fittings and mirrors in the guest restroom, polish window fronts streak-free, and maintain the entrance and outdoor terrace. These are the places where the first impression forms.
What we deliberately don't do: kitchen, extractor hoods, grease traps, walk-in fridges and freezers. Food production falls under HACCP regulations — that's what certified specialist firms exist for. We calculate honestly: better a clear no to the kitchen than a promise we cannot legally keep.
